PSI MEMBRANE® Pro-BW brackish water membrane is a revolutionary third-generation nanocomposite (TFN) reverse osmosis membrane element. Our unique anti-fouling technology delivers unparalleled performance by ensuring exceptional anti-fouling and cleaning capabilities. This membrane guarantees a high salt rejection rate, while simultaneously reducing energy consumption and extending the cleaning cycle.

1. Special coating designed to inhibit microorganism growth, thereby minimizing membrane pollution.
2. Exceptional cleaning resistance ensures prolonged and stable operation.
3. Advanced anti-fouling surface coating enhances performance and significantly extends the service life.
4. Product flux is 30% higher compared to traditional TFC membranes, coupled with reduced energy consumption.

1. The product flow rate and salt rejection rate were determined under the following optimal test conditions:
Feed water concentration of 2000 ppm as NaCl, feed water pressure of 225 psi (1.55 MPa), feed water temperature of 77 °F (25 °C), and a recovery rate of 15%;
2. The variation range of the product flow rate is +/- 15%;
3. The F32 model features a robust fiberglass wrapped case with a 32 mil mesh thickness. We also offer additional types of cases, meshes, and membrane elements.
