PSI MEMBRANE® Pro-Acid NF98 Series high pressure acid-resistant membrane,incorporated with innovative Thin Film Nanocomposite(TFN) technology, is designed for treating and recycling challenging waste water, The high productivity, durable and fouling resistant design provides industrial users a reliable and highly efficient option to achieve water recovery of Minimal Liquid Discharge (MLD) systems to reject TDS levels of >170,000 mg/L ,offers customer the most optimal operation cost.

2. The advanced, defect-free desalting layer of the Proshare TFN film is significantly thinner than traditional TFC films, resulting in greatly increased flux. This innovation can reduce energy consumption by up to 50% while maintaining the same water production levels.

Leveraging the superior customization capabilities of our polymer nano-assembly process, Proshare has developed several high-end special separation membranes: - Reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with up to 500,000 ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance. - High-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes with exceptional separation coefficients. - Anti-fouling membranes with low desalting and high COD removal rates. - Anti-pollution brackish water sea light films suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy applications.
