Introducing the Pro-Acid series: an advanced, acid-resistant special separation coil membrane element., crafted using the exclusive PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN acid-resistant membrane and unique acid-resistant materials.

Highlight of TFN Membrane
1. The Proshare TFN nanocomposite film offers desalination performance comparable to traditional TFC polyamide films while boasting innovative atomic-level control precision and ultra-smooth nanoscale surface roughness. This results in superior anti-pollution performance and low-pressure drop, effectively delaying flux attenuation caused by biological and physical scaling.

2. Its defect-free, large-area functional desalting layer, significantly thinner than TFC films, allows the new generation of Proshare TFN membranes to achieve greatly increased flux. This can reduce energy consumption by up to 50% under the same water production conditions.
3. Leveraging the advanced customization capabilities of the polymer nano assembly process, TFN has developed several series of high-end special separation membranes, including: Reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with up to 500,000ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance; High-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes with high separation coefficients; Anti-fouling films with low desalting and high COD removal rates; Anti-pollution brackish water sea light films suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration.
 
4. Building on the new generation TFN membrane research and development platform, Proshare has partnered with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to develop two world-leading new membranes:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant film: Currently, only a handful of manufacturers worldwide, such as GE-Osmonics in the USA and AMS in Israel, can produce industrial acid and alkali resistant films, which are expensive, have long supply cycles, and suffer from poor technical support. Supported by a national high-level talent research and development team, Proshare has successfully developed special acid and alkali resistant membranes that are applicable across a super-wide pH range.
4.2. In collaboration with renowned R&D institutions, both domestically and internationally, Proshare is developing the next generation of high-throughput desalination membranes based on TFN patented technology. The TFN desalination membrane, enhanced by graphene nanochannels, aims to achieve or even surpass the 99.85% desalting performance of LGnanoH2O while significantly improving water flux.
