The Pro-Therm Series: High-Temperature Resistant Water PurificationOur Pro-Therm series features state-of-the-art high temperature resistant separation coil MEMBRANE elements, meticulously crafted from PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragms and unique high-temperature materials. This innovative design replaces chemical disinfection with a hot water disinfection system, enhancing product quality and compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross flow environments, our technology excels even in temperatures soaring up to 70°C (158°F). It is adept at concentrating high-temperature process fluids, making it indispensable for applications involving the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids laden with high dissolved solids content. These scenarios often challenge conventional membrane processes due to excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

The water yield and desalination rates are derived under these standard test conditions: For NF membrane (2000 ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) and for RO membrane (2000 ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) before any hot water disinfection.
2. Note that the water yield variation range is +/-15%. Keep in mind that the final water yield may experience further fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model boasts a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additionally, we offer extra shells, meshes, and components to cater to your diverse needs.
