Tsing Xi Tailor-Made Device for Wastewater Treatment in Petrochemical/Refining Industries to Truly Achieve Zero Liquid Discharge
Proshare Tailor-made A premium device utilizing TFN special acid-resistant and high-pressure membranes for separation and concentration operations in wastewater treatment, specifically for scenarios involving ammonium sulphate desulphurization. The device achieves a wastewater concentration up to 40 times that of the typical ammonium sulphate concentration, reaching ≥ 20% in the concentrated water. This significantly reduces energy consumption associated with subsequent evaporation and crystallization processes, leading to substantial cost savings for users. The resulting water quality consistently meets China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation's corporate standard Q/SH 0628.2-2014 for circulating water make-up.
