This results in superior anti-pollution performance and lower pressure drop compared to traditional TFC, effectively delaying flux attenuation caused by biological pollutants and physical scaling.

2. The functional desalting layer, featuring large-area defect-free construction and considerably thinner than TFC films, significantly boosts flux in Proshare's new generation TFN. This enhancement reduces energy consumption by up to 50% at equivalent water production levels.
3. Leveraging the advanced customization capabilities of polymer nano assembly processes, TFN has successfully developed various high-end special separation membranes, including: High chlorine oxidation resistance reverse osmosis membranes (up to 500,000 ppm-hr) and nanofiltration membranes; High-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes with exceptional separation coefficients; Anti-fouling membranes that offer low desalination rates and high COD removal rates; Anti-pollution brackish water and seawater light membranes suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration.
 
4. Utilizing the new generation TFN membrane R&D platform, Proshare has collaborated with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to develop two world-leading membranes:
4.1. Proshare TFN Acid and Alkali Resistant Film: Currently, only a few manufacturers worldwide, such as GE-Osmonics (USA) and AMS (Israel), produce industrial-grade acid and alkali resistant films. These are not only costly but also have prolonged supply cycles and limited technical support. Supported by a national top-tier R&D team and a mature TFN platform, Proshare has successfully developed specialized acid and alkali resistant membranes suitable for an extensive pH range.
4.2. In collaboration with well-known R&D institutions domestically and internationally, we are developing the next generation of high-throughput desalination membranes based on patented TFN technology. These graphene nanochannel-enhanced TFN membranes aim to achieve or surpass 99.85% desalting performance of LGnanoH2O, significantly enhancing water flux.
