Pro-Therm Series: High-Temperature Resistant SolutionsThe Pro-Therm series features exceptional separation coil MEMBRANE elements, crafted with PSI MEMBRANE®'s proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and unique resilient materials. This special design is tailored for hot water disinfection systems, eliminating the need for chemical disinfection and thereby enhancing product quality and compliance with regulatory standards. Perfectly suited for water purification or processing fluid systems in low cross-flow environments, Pro-Therm operates seamlessly even with no suspended solids and can handle temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). These components are ideal for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. They shine in applications requiring the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids rich in dissolved solids, which are typically challenging for membrane processes due to their high viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Our water yield and desalination rates are derived from rigorous standard test conditions: For NF membranes, we use a 2000ppm MgSO4 solution, with a pressure of 0.48 MPa, at 25ºC, achieving a 15% recovery. For RO membranes, the test involves a 2000ppm NaCl solution, a pressure of 1.55 MPa, at 25ºC, also with a 15% recovery. These tests are conducted prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The variation range of water yield is within +/-15%. Please note that the final water yield may vary further due to the heat treatment process involved.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to enhance your system.
