Introducing the Pro-Therm Series: Unrivaled High Temperature ResistanceThe special separation coil MEMBRANE elements, crafted by PSI MEMBRANE® using their proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and unique high-temperature materials, are designed with excellence. These elements are tailored for hot water disinfection systems, eliminating the need for chemical disinfection, thus enhancing product quality and meeting stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification and process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments without suspended solids, and withstand temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). These membranes excel in concentrating high-temperature process fluids and are perfect for applications requiring the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content. Conventional membrane processes often struggle with such fluids due to their excessive viscosity at lower temperatures, but our advanced design overcomes these challenges.

1. The water yield and desalination rates are derived from rigorous standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), all assessed prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation range is within +/-15%. However, the final yield may exhibit further fluctuations due to the heat treatment process, ensuring adaptability to different industrial needs.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to enhance durability and performance.
