Highlight of TFN Membrane
1. Proshare TFN nanocomposite film not only matches the desalination performance of traditional TFC polyamide films but also boasts atomic-level control precision and ultra-smooth nano-scale surface roughness. These attributes grant TFN films superior anti-pollution performance and lower pressure drops, significantly reducing flux attenuation due to biological fouling and physical scaling.
2. The defect-free, ultra-thin functional desalting layer of the new generation Proshare TFN membrane offers a substantial flux increase compared to traditional TFC membranes, reducing energy consumption by up to 50% while maintaining the same water production.
3. Leveraging the advanced polymer nano-assembly process, TFN has developed several high-end specialty separation membranes, such as: reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with chlorine oxidation resistance up to 500,000 ppm-hr; high-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes with exceptional separation coefficients; anti-fouling films with low desalting and high COD removal rates, and anti-pollution brackish water and seawater membranes suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration.
4. With the new generation TFN membrane R&D platform, Proshare has partnered with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to develop two world-leading membranes:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant film: At present, only a handful of manufacturers worldwide-such as GE Osmonics in the USA and AMS in Israel-can produce industrial acid and alkali resistant films, which are not only costly but also have long supply cycles and delayed technical support. Leveraging a national high-level talent R&D team's expertise and the mature TFN platform, Proshare has developed specialized acid and alkali resistant membranes suitable for a broad pH range.
4.2. Collaboratively developing the next generation of high-throughput desalination membranes based on TFN patented technology with renowned R&D institutions globally. The graphene nanochannel-enhanced TFN desalination membrane aims to achieve or surpass 99.85% desalting performance of LGnanoH2O while significantly improving water flux.
