Tsting Xi Tailor-Made Device for Wastewater Treatment in Petrochemical/Refining Industries to Achieve True Zero Liquid Discharge
Proshare Tailor-made Utilizing TFN special acid-resistant and high-pressure membranes, our separation and concentration device for wastewater treatment, specifically containing ammonium sulphate desulphurisation, achieves an impressive concentration of wastewater up to 40 times. The concentration of ammonium sulphate in the concentrated water is ≥ 20%, significantly reducing energy consumption for subsequent evaporation and crystallization. This translates into substantial cost savings for users, all while maintaining water quality that meets the China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation's corporate standard Q/SH 0628.2-2014 for circulating water make-up water. Furthermore, true zero wastewater discharge has been successfully achieved.
