Tsting Xi Custom-Engineered Device for Wastewater Treatment in Petrochemical/Refining - Achieving Zero Liquid Discharge
Proshare Custom-tailored TFN Special Acid-Resistant and High-Pressure Membranes for Separation and Concentration Aimed at treating wastewater containing ammonium sulfate desulfurization, our system achieved wastewater concentration up to 40 times, with the ammonium sulfate content exceeding 20%, greatly reducing energy consumption in subsequent evaporation and crystallization processes. This not only ensures substantial cost savings for the user but also maintains water quality standards that align with the China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation's corporate standard Q/SH 0628.2-2014 for circulating water make-up. True zero wastewater discharge is successfully achieved.
This remarkable achievement has led to additional orders from other subsidiaries within the group.
Our membranes are also suitable for other high-temperature, highly acidic wastewater scenarios containing ammonium sulfate, applicable in industries like energy, refining, chemical, and metallurgy.
