High Flux Seawater Desalination RO Element

PSI MEMBRANE® Pro-BW Seawater Desalination Membrane is a third-generation nanocomposite (TFN) reverse osmosis membrane element. Our unique, cutting-edge anti-fouling technology offers exceptional anti-fouling and cleaning performance, ensuring a high salt interception rate while reducing energy consumption and extending the cleaning cycle.

1. The wide flow path design minimizes membrane fouling and significantly enhances cleaning efficiency.
2. Superior cleaning resistance ensures long-term stable operation.
3. The anti-fouling coated surface enhances performance, contributing to an extended service life.

1. Product flow rate and salt rejection rate were based on the following test conditions:
Feed water concentration: 32000 ppm as NaCl, Feed water pressure: 800 psi (5.5 MPa), Feed water temperature: 77 °F (25 °C), Recovery rate: 8% recovery;
2. Product flow variation range: +/-20%;
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. We also provide additional types of cases, meshes, and membrane elements.
