NF98 Series Nanofiltration Membrane ElementAdopts proprietary multilayer composite membrane technology combined with nano-level, ultra-thin hydrophilic coating. This innovation offers superior anti-fouling capabilities while delivering a flux that is double that of popular international brands, all at 50% lower operating pressure. With its comprehensive performance, it can easily replace traditional TFC membranes like NF270, XC-N, DL, DK, and others.

1. NF98 membranes boast a super hydrophilic surface, exceptional anti-fouling performance, and an extended lifespan.
2. The product flux of the NF98 is typically 30% higher than that of traditional TFC membranes, with some types achieving up to twice the flux, significantly reducing energy consumption.
3. Achieves a rejection rate of over 98% for high monovalent salts (such as magnesium sulfate, iron, heavy metals), while allowing monovalent salts to pass through.
4. High rejection rates for organic compounds, including pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, and THM precursors.
 
What is Nanofiltration?

Nanofiltration is a specialized membrane process that rejects dissolved solutes in the size range of approximately 1 nanometer (10 Angstroms), hence the term 'nanofiltration.'

Operating between the realms of:reverse osmosis (RO) and ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration membranes reject organic molecules with molecular weights greater than 200-400, effectively filtering out a range of contaminants, including:Organic molecules with molecular weights greater than 200 - 400.

The water yield and desalination rates were rigorously measured under the following standardized test conditions: 2000 ppm MgSO4, 70 psi (0.48 MPa), 77°F (25°C), 15% recovery, and 2000 ppm NaCl, 70 psi (0.48 MPa), 77°F (25°C), 15% recovery.
2. The variation range of water yield is +/-15%, ensuring consistent performance.
3. Model F34 features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available as options. The designations HF, SP, Pro, and SPEC indicate high throughput, salt separation, high rejection, and customized nanofiltration series respectively.
