PSI MEMBRANE® Pro-Acid NF98 Series high pressure acid-resistant membrane,incorporated with innovative Thin Film Nanocomposite(TFN) technology, is designed for treating and recycling challenging waste water, The high productivity, durable and fouling resistant design provides industrial users a reliable and highly efficient option to achieve water recovery of Minimal Liquid Discharge (MLD) systems to reject TDS levels of >170,000 mg/L ,offers customer the most optimal operation cost.

1. The Proshare TFN nanocomposite film offers desalination performance on par with traditional TFC polyamide films. With innovative atomic-level precision control and ultra-smooth surface roughness at the nano-scale, TFN films boast superior anti-pollution performance and lower pressure drop compared to traditional TFC films, drastically delaying flux attenuation from biological contaminants and physical scaling.

2. Featuring a defect-free, large-area functional desalting layer significantly thinner than TFC films, the new generation of Proshare TFN membranes increases flux substantially. Under identical water production conditions, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 50%.
3. Leveraging the advanced customization capabilities of polymer nano assembly processes, Proshare has developed several high-end special separation membranes, including: Reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with up to 500,000 ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance; high-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes with high separation coefficients; and anti-fouling films with low desalination rates and high COD removal rates, suitable for high-concentration brackish water and low-energy concentration applications.
 
4. Building on the cutting-edge TFN membrane R&D platform, Proshare collaborates with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to innovate world-leading membrane technologies:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant film: Currently, only a select few global manufacturers like GE-Osmonics (USA) and AMS (Israel) produce industrial acid and alkali resistant films, which are costly, have long supply cycles, and suffer from technical support delays. Supported by a national high-level R&D team, Proshare has developed special acid and alkali resistant membranes suitable for a wide pH range, backed by a mature TFN R&D platform.
4.2. Proshare is jointly developing the next generation of high-throughput desalination membranes with leading R&D institutions worldwide. Enhanced by graphene nanochannels, these TFN membranes aim to achieve or surpass 99.85% desalination performance of LGnanoH2O, significantly improving water flux.
