Introducing the Pro-Therm Series: exceptional high-temperature resistance for industrial applications.Our exclusive Pro-Therm series features special separation coil MEMBRANE elements crafted from PSI MEMBRANE®'s proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and uniquely durable materials. These elements are meticulously designed for hot water disinfection systems, replacing traditional chemical methods to enhance product quality and comply with stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems in low cross-flow environments free of suspended solids, these elements withstand temperatures up to 70°C (158°F) and efficiently concentrate high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications encompass the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, which are traditionally challenging for membrane processes due to their high viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. The water yield and desalination rates are determined under the following standard test conditions: For NF membrane: 2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa pressure, 25ºC temperature, and 15% recovery. For RO membrane: 2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa pressure, 25ºC temperature, and 15% recovery, all before any hot water disinfection process.
2. The water yield variation range is +/-15%. The final water yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to meet various needs.
