PSI MEMBRANE® Pro-Acid NF98 Series high pressure acid-resistant membrane,incorporated with innovative Thin Film Nanocomposite(TFN) technology, is designed for treating and recycling challenging waste water, The high productivity, durable and fouling resistant design provides industrial users a reliable and highly efficient option to achieve water recovery of Minimal Liquid Discharge (MLD) systems to reject TDS levels of >170,000 mg/L ,offers customer the most optimal operation cost.

1. The Proshare TFN nanocomposite film boasts superior desalination comparable to traditional TFC polyamide films, featuring innovative atomic-level control precision and ultra-smooth nano-scale surface roughness. This provides the TFN film with enhanced anti-pollution properties and lower pressure drops, effectively slowing flux reduction caused by biological pollutants and physical scaling.

2. The TFN membrane's defect-free functional desalting layer, significantly thinner than TFC films, results in a substantial flux increase. This new generation of Proshare TFN membranes can reduce energy consumption by up to 50% while maintaining the same water production rates.
3. Leveraging the polymer nano-assembly process's high customization capabilities, TFN has pioneered several high-end special separation membranes, including those with up to 500,000ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance, high-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes, anti-fouling films with low desalting and high COD removal rates, and anti-pollution brackish water membranes suited for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration.
 
4. Utilizing the advanced TFN membrane research and development platform, Proshare has partnered with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to develop two world-leading membranes:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant film: Currently, only a few global manufacturers such as GE-Osmonics (USA) and AMS (Israel) produce these industrial films, which are costly, have long supply cycles, and offer limited technical support. Supported by a national high-level R&D team and the mature TFN platform, Proshare has successfully developed specialized acid and alkali resistant membranes suitable for extremely broad pH ranges.
4.2. In collaboration with renowned R&D institutions locally and internationally, we are developing the next generation of high-throughput desalination membranes based on TFN patented technology. These graphene-enhanced nanochannel TFN membranes aim to surpass 99.85% desalting performance of LGnanoH2O while greatly increasing water flux.
