NF98 Series Nanofiltration Membrane ElementThe NF98 series employs a proprietary multilayer composite membrane coupled with nano-level ultra-thin hydrophilic coating technology. This innovative design ensures unparalleled anti-fouling performance, while delivering a flux that is twice as high as leading international brands, and operating at pressures at least 50% lower. Its outstanding performance makes it a superior replacement for traditional TFC membranes like NF270, XC-N, DL, DK, and more.
1. The NF98 membrane boasts a super hydrophilic surface, exceptional anti-fouling capabilities, and a long lifespan.Nanofiltration is a specialized membrane process that filters out dissolved solutes in the approximate size range of 1 nanometer (10 Angstroms), hence the term "nanofiltration."
In terms of the size and weight of solutes that nanofiltration membranes reject, NF operates betweenreverse osmosis (RO) and ultrafiltration (UF). : Organic molecules with molecular weights greater than 200 - 400 are effectively rejected by nanofiltration membranes. Our water yield and desalination rates are determined under the following precise standard test conditions: 2000 ppm MgSO4, 70 psi (0.48 MPa), 77°F (25°C), with a 15% recovery rate; and 2000 ppm NaCl, 70 psi (0.48 MPa), 77°F (25°C), also with a 15% recovery rate.
