Highlight of TFN Membrane
1. The Proshare TFN nanocomposite film offers desalination performance that rivals traditional TFC polyamide films. Its innovative atomic-level control precision and ultra-smooth nano-scale surface significantly enhance its anti-pollution capabilities and reduce pressure drops. This advanced design effectively delays flux attenuation caused by biological pollutants and physical scaling.

2. The defect-free functional desalting layer, much thinner than conventional TFC films, dramatically boosts the flux of the new generation Proshare TFN membranes. This improvement potentially lowers energy consumption by up to 50% for the same water production output compared to traditional TFC films.
3. Leveraging the excellence of the polymer nano-assembly process, TFN has innovated several high-end special separation membranes, including: reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with up to 500,000 ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance; high-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes featuring high separation coefficients; anti-fouling membranes with low desalting and high COD removal rates; and anti-pollution brackish water membranes suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration applications.
 
4. Utilizing the state-of-the-art TFN membrane research and development platform, Proshare has partnered with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to create two groundbreaking new membranes:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant film: Currently, only a few global manufacturers like GE-Osmonics and AMS produce industrial-grade acid and alkali resistant films, which are costly, have long supply cycles, and offer limited technical support. With a high-level national research and development team, Proshare has successfully developed specialized membranes that operate effectively across a broad pH range.
4.2. In collaboration with esteemed R&D institutions domestically and internationally, Proshare is developing the next generation of high-throughput desalination membranes based on proprietary TFN technology. These advanced membranes, enhanced with graphene nanochannels, aim to achieve or surpass 99.85% desalting performance seen in LGnanoH2O, while significantly improving water flux.
