A common problem with RO membrane elements is fouling.
Fouling does not change the structure of RO membrane elements, but the foulant on the membrane surface can significantly reduce its performance.
Proshare Anti- Fouling reverse osmosis (RO) prevents fouling by applying a exclusive hydrophilic coating on the membrane surface, enabling long-term stable operation. By preventing fouling, reduced cleaning frequency eventually contributes to lower OPEX at the water treatment plant.Proshare Anti- Fouling fits your demand of treating urban sewage water for industrial application.
Key feature:
1.Reduce the cleaning frequency of chemicals and drug amounts, extend long service time of membrane elements.
2. Energy savings up to 30% while the same water flow rate .
3. The widest pH range greatly limiting the growth of microorganisms.
Key applications:
Softening, producing pure water and water reuse in
pharmaceutic,electronics,power,petrochemical,refinery,food&beverage,municipal.etc.

1. The product flow rate and salt rejection rate are determined under the following meticulously controlled test conditions:
Feed water concentration: 2000 ppm as NaCl, Feed water pressure: 225 psi (1.55 MPa), Feed water temperature: 77 °F (25 °C), Recovery rate: 15%.
2. The product flow variation range is within +/-15%, ensuring consistent performance.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional case types, meshes, and membrane elements are also available to meet various specifications.
