Pro-Therm Series of High Temperature Resistant Membrane ElementsOur Pro-Therm series of special separation coil MEMBRANE elements are masterfully crafted utilizing PSI MEMBRANE®'s proprietary TFN high temperature resistant diaphragm and unique high temperature resistant materials. Specially engineered for hot water disinfection systems, they serve as an eco-friendly alternative to chemical disinfection, enhancing product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments without suspended solids and enduring temperatures as high as 70°C (158°F), these elements are adept at concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications encompass the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids rich in dissolved solids, which are challenging for membrane processes due to their high viscosity at reduced temperatures.

1. Water yield and desalination rates are determined under the following standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) prior to any hot water disinfection. These parameters ensure optimal performance under controlled conditions.
2. The water yield variation range is +/-15%. Please note that the final water yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the heat treatment process. This ensures that the product can adapt to varying operational demands.
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additionally, extra shells, meshes, and components are available to cater to your specific needs, offering enhanced flexibility and customization.
