Pro-Therm Series: Redefining High-Temperature ResistanceThe Proshare PRO-Therm Series NF98-8040 Membrane Element is a marvel of engineering, featuring special separation coil MEMBRANE elements crafted from our proprietary PSI MEMBRANE® TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm. Boasting unique high-temperature resistant materials, this series is specifically designed for hot water disinfection systems, eschewing chemical disinfection to elevate product quality and meet stringent regulatory standards. Perfect for water purification and process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments without suspended solids, and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). Ideal for concentrating high-temperature process fluids, the PRO-Therm Series excels in applications involving the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids laden with high dissolved solids. These elements are particularly effective for substances with excessive viscosity at lower temperatures, making them challenging to process using conventional membrane methods.

Water yield and desalination rates are derived under the following precise standard test conditions: For NF membranes - 2000 ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, and 15% recovery; for RO membranes - 2000 ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, and 15% recovery. These conditions apply prior to any hot water disinfection processes.
2. The water yield has a standard variation range of +/-15%. Final water yield may further fluctuate owing to the heat treatment process, ensuring adaptability and performance under diverse conditions.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to meet varying operational needs and enhance durability.
