Pro-Therm Series: Elevating High-Temperature ResistanceIntroducing our Pro-Therm series - a masterful innovation featuring high temperature resistant separation coils. These MEMBRANE elements, crafted from PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN diaphragms, epitomize durability and excellence. Designed to excel in hot water disinfection systems, they provide a superior alternative to chemical disinfection, enhancing product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification and process fluid systems operating in low cross flow environments devoid of suspended solids, these membranes perform impeccably at temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). They are particularly adept at concentrating high temperature process fluids. Typical applications include the efficient concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, overcoming the challenges posed by excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. The water yield and desalination rates are determined under specific standard test conditions: for NF membranes (tested with 2000ppm MgSO4, at 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, with a 15% recovery rate) and for RO membranes (tested with 2000ppm NaCl solution, at 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, with a 15% recovery rate). These conditions are established prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield may vary within a range of +/-15%, and the final water yield could fluctuate further due to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped casing with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to cater to specific needs.
