These elements are meticulously designed with unique high-temperature resistant materials, perfect for hot water disinfection systems. This innovative approach replaces chemical disinfection, enhancing product quality and compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments devoid of suspended solids, and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 70°C (158°F), these elements are perfect for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. They excel in the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids, which are traditionally challenging for membrane processes due to excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

Water yield and desalination rates are meticulously measured under stringent standard test conditions: For NF membranes (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) and for RO membranes (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), prior to any hot water disinfection. These measurements ensure optimal performance and reliability.
2. The water yield variation range is within +/-15%. It is important to note that the final water yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the heat treatment process, which is a normal and accounted-for parameter in our testing protocols.
3. The F34 model features a durable fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additionally, a selection of extra shells, meshes, and components is available, offering versatility and enhanced protection to meet diverse operational requirements.
