Introducing the Pro-Therm Series: High-Temperature Resistant TechnologyOur Pro-Therm series features special separation coil MEMBRANE elements crafted from PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high temperature resistant diaphragm and unique high temperature resistant materials. Specifically designed for hot water disinfection systems, this sophisticated technology eliminates the need for chemical disinfection, significantly enhancing product quality and meeting stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments with temperatures soaring up to 70°C (158°F), these membranes excel in concentrating high temperature process fluids. They are exceptionally suited for applications involving the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids rich in dissolved solids, which are traditionally challenging due to their excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Our superior water yield and desalination rates are derived from rigorous standard test conditions: For the NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), and the RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) before any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation range is finely tuned to +/-15%, with potential fluctuations influenced by the sophisticated heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a durable fiberglass-wrapped case with a precise mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to enhance performance.
