Pro-Therm Series: Superior High-Temperature ResistanceOur special separation coil MEMBRANE elements are crafted using the proprietary PSI MEMBRANE® TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm combined with a unique high-temperature resistant material. Specifically designed for hot water disinfection systems, these elements eliminate the need for chemical disinfection, thereby enhancing product quality and meeting stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments without suspended solids, these elements can withstand temperatures up to 70°C (158°F) and are perfect for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Key applications include the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with a high dissolved solids content, which are often challenging to handle with conventional membrane processes due to increased viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Water yield and desalination rates are meticulously measured under specific standard test conditions to ensure optimal performance: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) and RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) before undergoing any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation range is a controlled +/-15%. Please note that the final water yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the heat treatment process, ensuring high reliability and consistency.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to cater to various needs and enhance durability.
