Highlight of TFN Membrane
1. Proshare TFN nanocomposite film not only matches the desalination performance of traditional TFC polyamide film but also offers innovative atomic-level control precision and ultra-smooth surface roughness at the nanoscale. This enhances its anti-pollution performance and reduces pressure drop compared to traditional TFC, effectively delaying flux attenuation caused by biofouling and other physical scaling.

2. The functional desalting layer, defect-free over large areas and thinner than TFC film, significantly increases the flux of the new generation of Proshare TFN films compared to traditional TFC. This allows for up to 50% reduction in energy consumption under the same water production conditions.
3. Leveraging the excellent customization capabilities of the polymer nano-assembly process, TFN has developed several high-end specialized separation membranes, including: Reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with up to 500,000 ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance; High-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes with high separation coefficients; Anti-fouling films with low desalting and high COD removal rates; Anti-pollution brackish water and seawater films suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration.
 
4. Utilizing the next-generation TFN membrane R&D platform, Proshare has collaborated with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to develop two world-leading new membranes:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant film: Currently, only a few manufacturers globally, such as GE-Osmonics in the USA and AMS in Israel, produce industrial acid and alkali resistant films, which are not only expensive but also have long supply cycles and lagging technical support. Supported by a national high-level talent R&D team and a mature TFN platform, Proshare has successfully developed special acid and alkali resistant membranes applicable across an extensive pH range.
4.2. In collaboration with renowned R&D institutions globally, Proshare aims to develop the next generation of high-throughput desalination membranes based on TFN patented technology. Enhanced by graphene nanochannels, these TFN desalination membranes aim to achieve or even surpass 99.85% of LGnanoH2O's desalting performance while significantly improving water flux.
