Pro-Therm Series: High Temperature Resistant SolutionOur Pro-Therm series of specialized separation coil MEMBRANE elements are meticulously crafted using exclusive PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high temperature resistant diaphragms and unique high temperature resistant materials. This innovative design is specifically tailored for hot water disinfection systems, offering a superior alternative to traditional chemical disinfection methods, thereby enhancing product quality and meeting stringent regulatory standards. These elements are ideal for water purification and process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments without suspended solids and at temperatures reaching up to 70°C (158°F). They are particularly effective for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications encompass the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, which are typically challenging for membrane processes due to their excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Our water yield and desalination rates are meticulously derived under the following standard test conditions: For NF membranes, a 2000ppm MgSO4 solution at 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, with a 15% recovery rate. For RO membranes, a 2000ppm NaCl solution at 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, with a 15% recovery rate, measured prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation range stands at +/-15%, and the final yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the comprehensive heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil, offering enhanced durability. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available for versatile customization.
