PSI MEMBRANE®Pro-BW Seawater Desalination MembraneThis third-generation nanocomposite membrane (TFN) reverse osmosis membrane element boasts our proprietary anti-fouling technology, ensuring superior fouling resistance and exceptional cleaning performance. It guarantees a high salt rejection rate, reduces energy consumption, and extends the cleaning cycle.

1. The wide flow path significantly reduces the likelihood of membrane fouling and enhances cleaning efficiency.
2. Exceptional cleaning resistance ensures prolonged and stable operation.
3. An anti-fouling coated surface greatly enhances performance and extends the product's service life.
4. Product flux is 30% higher than traditional TFC membranes, while energy consumption remains lower.

1. The product flow rate and salt rejection rate are evaluated based on the following optimal test conditions:
Feed water concentration of 32,000 ppm (as NaCl), feed water pressure of 800 psi (5.5 MPa), feed water temperature of 77°F (25°C), and a recovery rate of 8%;
2. Product flow variation range is within +/-20%;
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. We also offer an array of additional cases, mesh, and membrane elements to suit different requirements.
