The Pro-Therm Series: Advanced High-Temperature Resistant SolutionsOur special separation coil MEMBRANE elements, crafted under the prestigious PSI MEMBRANE® brand, feature a proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and unique high-temperature resistant materials. Specifically designed for hot water disinfection systems, this innovation eliminates the need for chemical disinfection, thereby enhancing product quality and ensuring compliance with stringent regulations. These elements are ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments, handling temperatures up to 70°C (158°F) and devoid of suspended solids. Moreover, they excel at concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications include the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, which are often challenging for membrane processes due to their high viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. The water yield and desalination rates are derived under standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) prior to any hot water disinfection process.
2. The variation range of water yield is +/-15%. The final water yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available for enhanced versatility.
