Highlight of TFN Membrane
1.Proshare TFN nanocomposite film not only has desalination performance comparable to traditional TFC polyamide film, but also has innovative atomic-level control precision and ultra-smooth surface roughness at nano scale, which gives TFN film better anti-pollution performance and low-pressure drop than traditional TFC, effectively delaying film flux attenuation caused by biological pollution and other physical scaling.
2.The functional desalting layer with no defects in a large area and much thinner than TFC film makes the flux of the new generation of Proshare TFN greatly increased com pared with the traditional TFC, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 50% under the same water production;
3.Based on the excellent customization function of poly mer nano assembly process, TFN has successfully developed several series of high-end special separation membranes, including: Up to 500000ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes; High-end salt separation nanofiltration membrane with high separation coefficient; Anti-fouling film with low desalting and high COD removal rate Anti-pollution brackish water sea light film suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration.
4. Based on the new generation TFN membrane research and development platform, Proshare has cooperated with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to jointly develop two world-leading new membranes:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant film: At present, only a few manufacturers in the world such as GE-Os-monics in the United States and AMS in Israel can produce industrial acid and alkali resistant film, which is not only expensive, but also has a long supply cycle and serious lag in technical support. Backed by a national high-level talent research and devel opment team, with the mature TFN research and develop ment platform, Proshare has successfully developed special acid and alkali resistant membranes applicable to the super-large PH range.
4.2.Jointly develop the next generation of high-throughput desalination membrane based on TFN patented technology with well-known R&D institutions at home and abroad. The TFN desalination membrane enhanced by graphene nanochannels aims to achieve or even exceed 99.85% of the desalting performance of LGnanoH2O and greatly improve the water flux.
