Specifically engineered for hot water disinfection, these innovative elements eliminate the need for chemical disinfectants, enhancing product quality and meeting stringent regulatory standards. Perfect for water purification or processing fluid systems operating in low cross flow environments without suspended solids, and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 70°C (158°F), these membranes are ideal for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications include the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids laden with high dissolved solids, which are often challenging to manage with traditional membrane processes due to their high viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Our water yield and desalination rates are meticulously measured under stringent standard test conditions: For NF membrane, utilizing 2000ppm MgSO4 at 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, with a 15% recovery rate. For RO membrane, employing 2000ppm NaCl solution at 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, with a 15% recovery rate. Note that these conditions are prior to any hot water disinfection process.
2. The water yield variation range is +/-15%, allowing for natural fluctuations. The final water yield might experience further variations, attributed to the heat treatment process.
3. Model F34 features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a 34-mil mesh thickness. Additional shells, meshes, and components are also available to suit diverse needs.
