Crafted with our proprietary PSI MEMBRANE® TFN diaphragm and unique materials, these membranes are designed specifically for hot water disinfection systems, eliminating the need for chemical disinfection. This innovation not only enhances product quality but also ensures compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification and process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments, our membranes perform flawlessly at temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). They excel in concentrating high temperature process fluids, making them perfect for applications involving high dissolved solids content. Even fluids that pose challenges to traditional membrane processes, due to their excessive viscosity at lower temperatures, are easily managed with our Pro-Therm series. Water yield and desalination rates were determined under the following standard test conditions: - NF membrane: 2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, with 15% recovery - RO membrane: 2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, with 15% recovery Note that these measurements are taken prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The variation range for water yield is +/-15%. Additionally, the final water yield may exhibit more fluctuations due to the heat treatment process involved.
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are also available to suit various needs.
