Pro-Therm Series - High Temperature Resistant SolutionOur special separation coil MEMBRANE elements are meticulously crafted using PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high temperature resistant diaphragm coupled with a unique high temperature resistant material. This innovative design is perfectly tailored for hot water disinfection systems, eliminating the need for chemical disinfection, thus enhancing product quality and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Ideal for applications in water purification and process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments devoid of suspended solids, and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). These elements are also adept at concentrating high temperature process fluids. Typical applications encompass the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, which are often challenging to process using traditional membrane technologies due to excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Water yield and desalination rates are determined under rigorous standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) and RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) before any hot water disinfection process.
2. The water yield variation range is +/-15%. The final water yield may experience further fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. F34 is a fiberglass-wrapped case featuring a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available for enhanced customization.
