Crafted with unique, high-temperature resistant materials, these special separation coil MEMBRANE elements are designed specifically for hot water disinfection systems, offering a superior alternative to chemical disinfection methods. This innovative design not only enhances product quality but also ensures compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Our Pro-Therm series excels in water purification and process fluid systems within low cross-flow environments, where there are no suspended solids and temperatures can reach up to 70°C (158°F). These MEMBRANE elements are also ideal for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications include the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, which are generally challenging for membrane processes due to their high viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Our water yield and desalination rates are derived from rigorous standard test conditions: For NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) and RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation range is +/-15%. Note that the final water yield might experience additional fluctuations owing to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. We also offer extra shells, meshes, and various components to meet diverse needs.
