Pro-Therm series of high temperature resistant special separation coil MEMBRANE elements are made of PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high temperature resistant diaphragm and unique high temperature resistant material, Special design for hot water disinfection system instead of chemical disinfection which help to improve product quality or meet regulation standard. Application in water purification or process fluid systems in low cross flow environments with no suspended solids and temperatures up to 70°C (158°F), can be used to concentrate high temperature process fluids. Typical applications include the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content that are difficult to use with membrane processes because of their excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1.Water yield and desalination rates were based on the following standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4 , 0.48 MPa, 25ºC,15% recovery), RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC,15% recovery) before any hot water disinfection.
2.The variation range of water yield is +/-15%, and the final water yield may fluctuate more due to the heat treatment process.
3.F34 is a fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. there are extra shells ,meshes and components available.
