Introducing the Pro-Therm Series of High Temperature Resistant SolutionsOur special separation coil MEMBRANE elements, crafted from PSI MEMBRANE®'s proprietary TFN high temperature resistant diaphragm and unique heat-resistant materials, stand as a testament to cutting-edge innovation. Specifically engineered for hot water disinfection systems, this advanced design eliminates the need for chemical disinfection, thereby enhancing product quality and ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems within low cross-flow environments devoid of suspended solids, these elements operate efficiently at temperatures soaring up to 70°C (158°F). They are perfectly suited for concentrating high temperature process fluids. Typical applications span the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids laden with high dissolved solids, which are traditionally challenging for membrane processes due to excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. The water yield and desalination rates are derived from rigorous standard test conditions: For the NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), and for the RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) before any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation is within a range of +/-15%. Please note that the final water yield may exhibit further fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additionally, extra shells, meshes, and components are available to meet your specific requirements.
