Highlight of TFN Membrane
1. The Proshare TFN nanocomposite film boasts desalination performance on par with traditional TFC polyamide films, while its innovative atomic-level control precision and ultra-smooth nanoscale surface roughness enhance anti-pollution performance. This results in a lower pressure drop and significantly delays flux attenuation due to biological pollution and physical scaling.

2. The defect-free, large-area functional desalting layer, which is much thinner than TFC films, significantly increases the flux in Proshare's new generation TFN membranes. This allows for up to a 50% reduction in energy consumption under the same water production conditions.
3. Leveraging the advanced customization capabilities of our polymer nano assembly process, TFN has developed a series of high-end special separation membranes, including: reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with up to 500,000 ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance; high-end salt separation nanofiltration membranes with outstanding separation coefficients; anti-fouling membranes with low desalting and high COD removal rates; and brackish water and sea light membranes suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration.
 
4. Utilizing our cutting-edge TFN membrane R&D platform, Proshare has partnered with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to pioneer two world-leading membrane technologies:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant films: Currently, only a select few global manufacturers, such as GE-Osmonics in the USA and AMS in Israel, produce industrial acid and alkali resistant films, which are costly and have long supply cycles with delayed technical support. Thanks to our national high-level talent research and development team and our mature TFN R&D platform, Proshare has successfully developed specialized acid and alkali resistant membranes suitable for an extensive pH range.
4.2. In collaboration with renowned R&D institutions both domestically and internationally, we are developing the next generation of high-throughput desalination membranes based on TFN patented technology. These graphene nanochannel-enhanced TFN membranes aim to achieve or surpass the 99.85% desalting performance of LGnanoH2O while substantially improving water flux.
