Pro-Therm Series: Exceptional High Temperature ResistanceOur special separation coil MEMBRANE elements, crafted from the proprietary PSI MEMBRANE® TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and unique high-temperature materials, are ingeniously designed for hot water disinfection systems, eliminating the need for chemical disinfection. This innovation not only enhances product quality but also ensures compliance with rigorous standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments devoid of suspended solids, these elements perform efficiently at temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). They are perfect for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications encompass the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids, which are usually challenging for membrane processes due to excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Our water purification system exhibits exceptional water yield and desalination rates under standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), and RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation range is +/-15%, and the final water yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. We also offer additional shells, meshes, and components to cater to your specific needs.
