Specifically engineered for hot water disinfection systems, they eliminate the need for chemical disinfection, thereby enhancing product quality and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems in low cross-flow environments, these elements function flawlessly even in temperatures as high as 70°C (158°F) and are perfect for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. They shine in applications that require the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids, which are typically challenging for membrane processes due to their high viscosity at lower temperatures.

Water yield and desalination rates for our cutting-edge Industry Purification System Water Filter Membrane Element are based on rigorous standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) and RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) before any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation range is +/-15%. Please note, the final water yield may vary further due to the precise heat treatment process involved.
3. Our F34 model features a robust fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additionally, various extra shells, meshes, and components are available to suit diverse requirements.
