Crafted using our proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and complemented by exclusive high-temperature resistant materials, these elements are meticulously engineered for hot water disinfection systems, eschewing chemical disinfection to elevate product quality and adhere to stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems in low cross-flow environments, these elements thrive even in the presence of high dissolved solids and temperatures soaring to 70°C (158°F). They are adept at concentrating high-temperature process fluids, making them indispensable for applications involving concentration, purification, and separation of fluids laden with high dissolved solids, which are typically challenging for membrane processes due to their high viscosity at lower temperatures. 1. The water yield and desalination rates are meticulously measured under standardized test conditions: for the NF membrane, the parameters are 2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa pressure, 25ºC temperature, and 15% recovery; for the RO membrane, the conditions are 2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa pressure, 25ºC temperature, and 15% recovery. These measurements are taken before any hot water disinfection process is applied.
2. The variation range of the water yield is +/-15%. Please note that the final water yield may experience further fluctuations owing to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available for customization and enhancement.
