1. The product flow rate and salt rejection rate were tested under the following meticulously controlled conditions:
Feed water concentration at 2000 ppm as NaCl, with an applied pressure of 225 psi (1.55 MPa). The feed water temperature was maintained at 77 ° F (25 ° C), and the recovery rate was set at 15%.
