Adopting a proprietary multilayer composite membrane combined with nano-level and ultra-thin hydrophilic coating technology, the NF98 series offers unparalleled anti-fouling performance. Its flux is more than twice that of leading international brands, while operating at a pressure at least 50% lower. This membrane series can easily replace traditional TFC membranes such as NF270, XC-N, DL, DK, etc., thanks to its comprehensive performance.

1. The NF98 membrane boasts a super hydrophilic surface, delivering excellent anti-fouling performance and an extended lifespan.
2. The product flux of the NF98 series is typically 30% higher than traditional TFC membranes, with some models achieving up to twice the flux, significantly reducing energy consumption.
3. It offers a rejection rate of over 98% for high monovalent salts, including magnesium sulfate, iron, and heavy metals, while allowing monovalent salts to pass through.
4. The NF98 series effectively rejects a high percentage of organic compounds, such as pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, and THM precursors.

 

What is Nanofiltration?

Nanofiltration is a specialized membrane process that rejects dissolved solutes in the approximate size range of 1 nanometer (10 Angstroms), hence the term "nanofiltration."

Regarding the size and weight of solutes that nanofiltration membranes reject, NF operates in the realm betweenreverse osmosis (RO) and ultrafiltration (UF). Organic molecules with molecular weights greater than 200 - 400 are rejected. Nanofiltration membranes can effectively reject, among other contaminants:

• Insecticides/pesticides

Typical applications of nanofiltration membrane systems include:

Our water yield and desalination rates are meticulously measured under the following standard test conditions: 2000 ppm MgSO4, 70 psi (0.48 MPa), 77°F (25°C), 15% recovery. Similarly, for 2000 ppm NaCl, the parameters remain 70 psi (0.48 MPa), 77°F (25°C), with a 15% recovery rate.
2. The variation range of water yield is +/-15%, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available as options. The HF, SP, Pro, and SPEC designations stand for high throughput, salt separation, high rejection, and customized series of nanofiltration membranes, respectively.
