Pro-Therm Series: High-Temperature Resistant InnovationSpecial Separation Coil MEMBRANE Elements: Engineered with PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and cutting-edge materials, our special separation coil MEMBRANE elements are meticulously designed for hot water disinfection systems, effectively replacing chemical disinfection. This advancement not only elevates product quality but also ensures compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification and process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments devoid of suspended solids, and enduring temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). These elements are perfect for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications span the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, overcoming challenges posed by excessive viscosity at lower temperatures, and enhancing the efficacy of membrane processes.

1. The water yield and desalination rates are determined under rigorous standard test conditions: For NF membranes (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) and RO membranes (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), all before undergoing any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield variation range is +/-15%, and the final water yield could experience further fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass-wrapped case with a robust mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are also available for various customization needs.
