UNF Series: Loose Nanofiltration & Compact Ultrafiltration Membrane ElementOur product embraces a proprietary multilayer composite membrane, utilizing nano-level, ultra-thin hydrophilic coating technology. This cutting-edge design not only promises excellent anti-fouling performance but also delivers a flux that is four times higher than internationally renowned brands, while operating at a pressure that is at least 50% lower. Its superior comprehensive performance makes it an ideal substitute for SUEZ (GE) G types TFC membranes.
1. We offer multiple precise cutting molecules, allowing for customized services tailored to each customer's specific requirements.
2. Our product boasts a flow rate up to four times higher than imported brands, significantly reducing both energy consumption and overall project costs.
3. Featuring ultra-high selectivity separation performance, our membrane can effectively remove most colloidal iron, colloidal silicon, humic acid, and other water-soluble organic materials (DOM), while allowing inorganic single and bivalent ions to pass through preferentially.
4. Our membrane element is versatile in application, ideal for dye removal or concentration, heavy metal extraction, acid purification, sodium chloride percolation, sugar concentration and grading, as well as whey protein and polypeptide concentration and desalting, among others.

Utilizing pure water with a conductivity of less than 10 μS/cm, a 200 ppm solution of polyethylene glycol (PEG) with corresponding molecular weights of the cut (e.g., UNF2000 PEG with molecular weights of 2000 Da), 0.48 MPa, 77°F (25°C), and a 15% recovery rate.

2. The variation range of water yield is ±15%.
3. The F34 model is encased in a fiberglass wrap with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to enhance its performance.
