Introducing the Pro-Therm Series - A High Temperature Resistant MarvelOur specialized separation coil MEMBRANE elements, part of the Pro-Therm series, are meticulously crafted from PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high-temperature-resistant diaphragms and unique high-temperature-resistant materials. Specifically designed for hot water disinfection systems, these elements bypass chemical disinfection to enhance product quality and adhere to regulatory standards. Perfectly suited for water purification and process fluid systems in low cross-flow environments with no suspended solids, these membranes operate efficiently at temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). They excel at concentrating high-temperature process fluids and are ideal for applications requiring the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, which are typically challenging for membrane processes due to excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. The water yield and desalination rates of our Industry Purification System Membrane Element for Purification are measured under stringent standard test conditions: For NF membranes, we use a 2000ppm MgSO4 solution at 0.48 MPa and 25ºC with a 15% recovery rate. For RO membranes, testing involves a 2000ppm NaCl solution at 1.55 MPa and 25ºC with a 15% recovery rate. Please note these values are recorded prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield may vary within a range of +/-15%. The actual final water yield could fluctuate more significantly due to the heat treatment process involved.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. We also offer additional shells, meshes, and components to suit various needs.
