Introducing the Pro-Therm Series: High Temperature Resistant ExcellenceOur Pro-Therm series of special separation coil MEMBRANE elements are meticulously crafted from PSI MEMBRANE®'s proprietary TFN high temperature resistant diaphragms and uniquely resilient materials. These elements are specifically designed for hot water disinfection systems, offering a superior alternative to chemical disinfection. This enhancement not only elevates product quality but also ensures compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments devoid of suspended solids, and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 70°C (158°F), the Pro-Therm series is perfect for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications encompass the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids rich in dissolved solids, which are notoriously challenging for conventional membrane processes due to their excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. The water yield and desalination rates are meticulously measured under the following standard test conditions: For the NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), and for the RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield can vary within a range of +/-15%, and the final water yield may experience additional fluctuations due to the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Extra shells, meshes, and components are also available to cater to various requirements.
