Tsing Xi Custom-Engineered Device for Wastewater Treatment in Petrochemical/Refining Industries, Achieving True Zero Liquid Discharge
Proshare Custom-engineered TFN special acid-resistant and high-pressure membranes separation and concentration device for In wastewater treatment involving ammonium sulphate desulphurization, our system achieves up to 40-fold concentration of ammonium sulphate, with concentrated water containing ≥ 20% ammonium sulphate. This significantly reduces energy consumption for subsequent evaporation and crystallization, delivering substantial cost savings for users. The consistently high-quality water meets the China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation's corporate standard Q/SH 0628.2-2014 for circulating water make-up water, successfully achieving zero wastewater discharge.
