1. The product flow rate and salt rejection rate have been meticulously determined under the following controlled test conditions:
Pro-SW-HR: With feed water concentration set at 32,000 ppm as NaCl, subjected to a robust feed water pressure of 800 psi (5.5 MPa), and maintained at a consistent feed water temperature of 77°F (25°C), achieving an impressive recovery rate of 8% for each individual membrane.
Pro-SW-HF: Engineered with a feed water concentration of 20,000 ppm as NaCl, sustained by a feed water pressure of 800 psi (5.5 MPa), and stabilized at a uniform feed water temperature of 77°F (25°C), reaching an outstanding recovery rate of 15% for each individual membrane.
2. The dynamic product flow allows for a variation range of +/-20%, offering adaptability to diverse conditions.
3. The F34 model is encased in a resilient fiberglass wrap with a mesh thickness measuring 34 mil. We also offer an array of additional case types, mesh configurations, and membrane elements tailored to meet unique needs.
