UNF Series: Loose Nanofiltration and Compact Ultrafiltration Membrane ElementsOur advanced membrane technology features a proprietary multilayer composite design coupled with a nano-level, ultra-thin hydrophilic coating. This combination delivers unparalleled anti-fouling performance with flux rates four times higher than leading international brands and operating pressures at least 50% lower. These membranes offer a comprehensive performance that is an ideal replacement for SUEZ (GE) G-type TFC membranes.
1. Precision-engineered molecules with customizable options to meet specific customer requirements.
2. Exceptional flow rates up to four times higher than imported brands, significantly reducing energy consumption and project costs.
3. Superior selectivity in separation performance: Effectively removes most colloidal iron, colloidal silicon, humic acid, and other water-soluble organic matter (DOM), while allowing inorganic mono- and bivalent ions to pass through preferentially.
4. Versatile applications including dye removal or concentration, heavy metal removal, acid purification, sodium chloride percolation, sugar concentration and grading, as well as whey protein and polypeptide concentration and desalting.

Using ultra-pure water with a conductivity of less than 10μS/cm, a 200ppm solution of polyethylene glycol (PEG) with the corresponding molecular types of the cut (e.g., UNF2000 PEG with a molecular weight of 2000Da), 0.48MPa, 77°F (25°C), and a 15% recovery rate.

2. Variation range of water yield: +/-15%.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available.
