Pro-Therm Series: High-Temperature Resistant Membrane SolutionsDiscover the unparalleled innovation behind our Pro-Therm series, featuring special separation coil MEMBRANE elements crafted from PSI MEMBRANE® proprietary TFN high-temperature-resistant diaphragm and unique materials. Specifically designed for hot water disinfection systems, our membranes eliminate the need for chemical disinfection, thereby enhancing product quality and ensuring compliance with stringent regulations. Ideal for water purification or process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments without suspended solids, these membranes effectively concentrate high-temperature process fluids, even at temperatures reaching up to 70°C (158°F). Typical applications include the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids content, which are ordinarily challenging for membrane processes due to their excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Water yield and desalination rates are benchmarked on rigorous standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000 ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), RO membrane (2000 ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The variation range of water yield is +/-15%, with potential further fluctuations due to the heat treatment process. Final water yield may exhibit some variability.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped casing with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are also available to meet diverse needs.
